- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding our pricing, we operate on a flat-rate system, which varies depending on the complexity of the job at hand. Please note that an initial consultation fee of $79.00 will be charged if no work is undertaken. However, if you decide to proceed with the services suggested, this amount will be credited towards the final cost of the work. We're proud to offer a 1-year warranty on both labor and supplied materials for all basic plumbing repairs and replacements. This ensures that you are covered against any unforeseen breakdowns or issues. In appreciation of their service, we offer a 10% discount for active military personnel, veterans, and senior citizens. Please note, though, that promotions and discounts cannot be combined or compounded. We aim to be transparent and competitive with our pricing, always ensuring we offer you the best deal possible while maintaining the highest quality of work."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

This process includes understanding the layout, identifying the issue, and gauging the extent of the problem or work needed." 4. **Quotation and Proposed Approach:** "I'll create a detailed report of my findings. You'll receive a quotation outlining all the required work, the necessary parts, and costs. I pride myself on my transparency, and invite any questions or concerns you may have at this stage so we can address them together." 5. **Implementation:** "After your approval, we'll decide on a schedule to start and complete the work. I was fortunate enough to receive my training and education from well-established, reputable, and licensed companies. Instead of purely theoretical learning, my training was hands-on and practical, conducted in real-life job scenarios. In addition, these companies provided educational courses to further expand my knowledge base and skill set.
