One-on-One yoga with Sarah Beaudry at Blessings Yoga has really helped me build the strength and flexibility I need to complement my regular strength and conditioning training.     Jamie provided one on one yoga sessions with me & they were wonderful! She has a calming, confident approach that made me feel at ease. Jamie was very good a gently correcting my poses so that I could learn & grow in my practice. She is knowledgeable on various moves to help alleviate ailments or pains I was experiencing. If she hadn't moved to AZ, I would still be with her today...I miss practicing yoga with her!

    I had terrible pain in my arm from straining and Jess did a Reiki treatment for me. It relieved my tension and pain for a while. Jess has a healing touch and I recommend you try her Reiki healing.
