I had a down unit and my landlord’s A/C person couldn’t get to me for a week! I was in a 85 degree house in July! Mike sent someone out to fix my unit that night, and the unit was working better than before. I had to turn it up a bit haha

I would not refer this company. I basically was looking for my unit to be service e.g. coils clean and unit inspected for the season. I should have known that the $39 dollars quote over the phone was too good to be true! A nice gentleman, Nate came out and was here over an hour, 15 minutes of that was the actual inspection the rest of the time was spent on a HARD SELL of his company and specifically pushing a 10 year contract. Additionally after the inspection he recommed several hundred dollars of upgrades to the unit. Be advised my Heat Pump unit is not even two years old!!! I normally don't write reviews, although in this case i want people to know, Nate informed me that a normally functioning unit, should have a 20° temperature difference between the air return and the air vents, his digital thermometer was reading only a 10° to 13° air difference signifying a possible issue, after his leaving i took temperature reading at all the vents, with an analog highly accurate thermometer I used in my work and my reading showed more that a 20° cooler temperature difference at all my vents. Nate, you may need to recalibrate your thermometer. It seems to read hot.

I apologize that you felt that way, Nate is an excellent technician and would never try to "sell" you on anything that is not beneficial to the customer. The 10 year maintenance package is the one that saves the customer the most money and everyone in Tucson should have maintenance on their HVAC system at minimum once a year if not twice a year as I am sure you know. Again I apologize that you felt that way that is unfortunate so please know we are very customer service oriented and our customers always come first before anything. Take care.

    We offer a variety of maintenance plans and discounts to meet every budget. We have Veteran and Military and also senior discounts available. We also have $0 Down - 0% Financing available. Among many other rebates or discounts online.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Talking to them on the phone. Then going to their residence to introduce our company and welcome them to our HVAC Family. We like for our customer to be there so we can show them step by step what we are doing and show them the results. This is not mandatory but welcomed. We like to inform you about your unit. So you have a better understanding of it.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Every technician is certified and we have meetings every morning about our company, customers and ethics training. We keep up to date every month on any HVAC related training. Because we don't know everything and want to give you the best possible service.
