Josh responded immediately to my query about mounting a large flat screen tv and soundbar. He was able to accommodate my need for a quick turnaround. It was easy to stay in touch. He arrived on time with a helper. They completed the work quickly, installing the AV box on the wall, as well as the tv and the soundbar. All the wires were concealed. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in perfect order. I would recommend Josh and I would certainly ask him again for his assistance in the future.

Josh mounted my tv, hid the wires behind wall and offered to mount my floating entertainment center that I planned to mount later by myself. Very pleased with his detail to stereo wire placement inside entertainment center.

I live in California and got my mom in arizona an ipad. She locked herself out of it, and i wasn't due back for months. It is what keeps her occupied, so i found JC IT Solutions and he was able to get there in about 4 hours, everyone else want 2-7 days. My mother and her husband, both in their 80s are afraid of their devices, and the service person solved their problems, was incredibly nice my mom told me, and they were thrilled with the service, and i was happy i did not have to go to arizona on a weekend to fix it. He was the best!!!!!
