Introduction: I have more than 40 years experience in criminal law, having been a federal and state prosecutor for 13+ years, and a defense lawyer since 1991. I've successfully defended clients accused of federal and state offenses ranging from 1st degree murder to misdemeanors, in Arizona, as well as in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Nevada, Michigan, and Georgia.
