Mel responded to our request very quickly and has been very easy to work with. She has been wonderful with our dog, and she's very knowledgeable having vet tech and dog training experience. I highly recommend her!
We did a board and train package with Manners and More and I could not be more pleased with the results. Our little dog Baxter was uncontrollable jumping on us all the time, he had no leash manners at all, would not come when called. We gave him to Nathen and were amazed with the results. Baxter now will stay in a designated space (willingly) when we put him there for as long as we need. He now sits for attention in front of us instead of jumping on us constantly. He has awesome leash manners and he comes to us when called. Baxter went from the worst dog in the house to best trained dog by far. He is a joy to have again. Granted, we had to learn how to command our own dog. We had to learn how to communicate with our dog (included) so the things he learned while away could be duplicated at home. The follow ups were great so that at first if he regressed we were able to address it and get him back on track. Great Trainer! Great Training!
Wes has house sat and cared for our cats and dog many times. We had a diabetic cat he cared for including giving his twice daily insulin injections. The cat I have now has asthma and he has given her daily inhaler treatment. He is responsible and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Wes to care for the furry members of your family.
My family and I went away and had a neighbor watch our 2 dogs. When we got back, it was obvious the dogs had been really lonely. The next time we went away, we had Tricia come watch them. When we got back from that trip, it was clear the dogs had been well cared for. While they were excited we were back, they were far more adjusted than before. One of the things we liked a lot was the daily journal that Tricia left for us about what she did with the dogs each day--she kept the dogs busy and happy. It's clear that Tricia loves her job, loves animals, and loves to keep them happy. We trust her completely not only with our dogs but with our house, too. The next time we go on a trip and have to leave the pups behind, it's not even a question in our minds who will take care of them.
Deana was an over all wonderful person to work with, her over all charisma was great, she's amazing with my dogs as well
I will walk and play with your dog as if it were my own. I love animals, and I love walking especially with a four-legged companion.
I am looking for odd jobs or any kind of work. I am willing to do a variety of jobs. I love animals, and I'm looking to start veterinary school soon. I walked dogs in Phoenix four years ago, then moved back to Tucson, and I have been looking for dogs to walk since then. I love doing it!
I'm retired and I love dogs. I've lived here in Tucson for 12 years now. I retired from Lambert International Airport in the Eng. department and I came here. I have the time and transportation. I'm a volunteer at the V. A. two days a week for 4 hours.
I walk dogs and bath and feed them also. I care for any other animals. I love animals, and I have many of my own. So I hope to care for others.

Established in 2008, Desert Dogs has grown from a small, in-home training service to a storefront facility with three professional trainers and kennel staff. Though the company has grown, our main focus has always been on our customers and utilizing the most effective and innovative training techniques. While we continue to expand, we retain our commitment to the community by providing rehabilitation and a foster home for local rescues and their most behaviorally challenged dogs. We participate in many community events and provide a resource for owners to connect with other dog lovers and organizations. We believe that a true canine professional's education is never finished, and furthering our knowledge is imperative. We pride ourselves on becoming proficient in the most effective and progressive techniques of training available. Desert Dogs is licensed and insured for both you and your dog's safety and protection. Even though it is called dog training, it should be called people training for dogs. The most important part of training is how you handle and respond to your dog's behaviors. Dogs and humans don't naturally speak the same language. Training provides an opportunity to open a line of communication that will allow your relationship to become mutually beneficial. By making the training a "way of life", your dog will no longer question when to display appropriate behaviors. The more you practice and implement the training into your everyday life, the faster your dog will learn and the more reliable he will become. Your dog deserves your time and dedication to the training. The more devoted you become, the greater the reward will be.
I will walk your dog and give them the exercise they need. I'm an animal lover. My family does own livestock (i.e. goats, sheep, chickens, cats, dogs, and a horse) that I have been involved with. I will take extremely great care of your loved ones.
I am experienced in law enforcement, and my pick of a major in college was of course criminal justice. I love training large dogs who seem aggressive, because I know they can be made into militant partners and obedient friends. Training K-9 dogs taught me to be thankful for my fellow peacekeepers, human and K-9 alike. I am affordable, and I will even train your dog while improving stance mobility and muscle toning. Call or text me for affordable quotes all day!
I am a Tucsonan based dog walker and pet sitter. I began walking dogs when I was in the fifth grade. I love animals. I am very reliable and dependable.
I have lots of experience with dogs. I ran my own kennel and training school for a few years in Guadalajara, Mexico. I'm a very active and energetic person. I'm always looking for the best way to keep myself busy and dogs used to be my passion, my job and my business for long time. My prices are very reasonable since I know all the details needed to take care for dogs.
Let your dog become the best well-behaved dog! I have weekly rates. I am willing to work with any breed.
I am a single mom of two looking to make money by only working a few days a week. I'm great with animals, and I love walking.
I recently sold my restaurant. I have a lot of available time. I love dogs and enjoy walking. I live on the East side but will travel.
I'm currently a senior at the University of Arizona. I'm an out-of-state student from Seattle. I have been pet sitting now for five years and love the commitment. I don't have a business due to having another job as a wine salesman and being a full-time student, but I have a lot of passion for animals. Many clients are interested in my work for the main reason that I'm reasonably priced compared to professional businesses. What I believe makes my business great is the idea to keep each day active. My main goals while on the job include staying healthy (active, running, parks, walks, etc.), being responsible (keeping hydrated, food, etc.), and working hard for my clients as well as their pets.
It would be great because you could always reach me. I would always be nice and never beat your dog.
I love dogs. I love walking, and it's fun. I'm 17, and I can help whoever needs their dog walked. Thank you.
