- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions to ensure we understand scope of the project. Visit the site or request photos, if necessary, to understand scope of project. We like to provide a written estimate and discuss the estimate to ensure our client's are informed about approximate pricing and what is included in that pricing. We like to be as transparent as possible so our clients are comfortable with us and our process. We usually like our estimates signed prior to job start and half down of the estimate cost may be required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love researching smart home ideas. I am also always on the look-out for new and innovative ways to take care of homes and share anything beneficial with our clients. I also take trade exams and buy code books yearly to ensure our company is fully qualified and knowledgeable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Legacy. My father has passed on a lot of knowledge that many tradesman have never learned. I believe I can help homeowners more than any other contractor with this knowledge and I do not want that knowledge to end with my dad or myself.
