Latest Review: I had talked to two trainers at my gym and with a couple online before meeting with Sean. I had my first session with Sean and was thoroughly impressed. In just that hour it’s obvious that he cares about his clients and wants them to succeed. He took a personalized approach and encouraged me to push myself while asking questions to get to know me. Looking forward to the future and progress now that I am not alone with my workout goals.

Latest Review: Erik is the BEST trainer. My knees and ankles are pretty weak and he took the time to talk with me about it and tailor our workouts to avoid any injury or strain. He's a great motivator and a super fun guy to work with. I've lost significant body fat and my energy and strength have gone up more than I ever expected in just a couple months. I could not have come so far on my health and fitness journey without his help, and I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone.

Latest Review: Gage brought my shoulder back from the dead. Lost the majority of the range of motion overhead a few months ago and one session with Gage has made it possible for me to train overhead again. Will always go back to him for any sort of bodywork

    Latest Review: Sandra has been my fitness trainer for just over a year. I am 72 and some what out of shape, though I do ride my horse three days a week. Wanted t be in better physical condition (like Sandra!) so I signed up with her. She is the best!!!! I go once a week and meet Sandra for my personalized work out. She writes down what I do then I do them on my own. She can tell if you do not do your home work! I have one worn out knee and she knows that so some days we work around it. That woman must have 6000 exercises in her head. We try them out and so far only one I have not been able to do. She is very god at working with you and quickly sized me up as to what I can and cannot do, She shows and explains each exercise and then you do it. If what you do is not up to her standards, then another correction is made - all for the better. She is just wonderful as an instructor and would recommend her to anyone. I have become more solid, turned fat into muscle, and come down one pant size. I am not too interested in loosing weight but toning up what I have with the result of a new shaped me! Thank you Sandra.

    Latest Review: Training with Sophia has been great! I came into the experience with a long history of running and doing other forms of cardio, but I had never been comfortable enough with strength training and lifting weights. Sophia managed to change that for me by providing me with exercises tailored to my skill level. While Sophia pushed me during our sessions, she was also make any needed modifications or adjustments. After training with Sophia, I find that I am much more confident with adding strength training exercises to my cardio workouts and getting great results from it!
