Sarah is a sensitive and knowledgable yoga teacher. I've taken a few of her classes and found the combination of yoga poses, breathwork and chanting to be very effective for calming the mind and strengthening the body. Afterwards, I feel more centered and at ease, and have learned some new techniques for working on my own as well. I highly recommend both her classes and individual work and am looking forward to studying with her again.

Sarah instructs a beautiful yoga class. She is deeply knowledgeable in poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), chanting and visualization techniques. And most importantly, she is patient, kind and excited to share her knowledge of yoga with her students. I highly recommend her group classes as well as working with her individually.

One-on-One yoga with Sarah Beaudry at Blessings Yoga has really helped me build the strength and flexibility I need to complement my regular strength and conditioning training. Thanks to the practices that Sarah provides, I have started a home practice that I do regulary on my own. Not only has the practice helped me feel great physically, but it has also helped me create more focus in my life for the things that are most important to me on a personal and emotional level. Sarah is an attentive and thoughtful instructor. She knew that I have a lot of back pain so she put together a personalized routine that focused on stretching and strengthening my back. I highly recommend her classes and look forward to working with her regularly.
