Meeting the client and discussing the big picture of food likes and dislikes. Telling the customer my experience and in turn their experiences and what they desire .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and or training is all self taught from books and watching chefs like Julia Child to Jacque Pepin and Martha Stewart and a monk Ed Brown from Tassajara Bread book and Julee Ross and Sheila Lukins of The Silver Palate. Just to name a few let alone my mother and aunt and grandmothers for my start in the food industry. I am licenced with state health department . Always very careful with food preparation.
