- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Our initial cleaning is $.15 cent per square foot, then $.10 cents moving forward. We offer move out cleaning services at $.20 cent per square foot. Our window cleaning is $10 per window at 36" x 36", $5 more per window if bigger
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain what our cleaning services consist of. A new customer will have had a bad experience with another service provider, so they are resistant. Our service is at will, no contracts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of customer service experience. I have worked with all levels of management in private sector and government.
