- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and simple. We don't have a discount program at present but are working on developing future cleaning discounts and a membership program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have all client info and a job is scheduled we stay pretty quiet. We do reach out a day prior to the confirmed cleaning appointment and re-confirm, then we clean, make sure we did what was expected, and schedule the next cleaning if desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have actually developed training programs for several other companies prior to starting our own.
