My son's laptop needed an ac connector replaced. He assured me he could repair it. Brought him the laptop and didn't hear from him so I sent a text. He told me the part he bought was the wrong configuration and he had to find a supplier who carried the correct one. Another month passed with no word so I sent another text. Now he tells me he ordered a motherboard and was waiting for it. A couple days later I sent another text and was told the motherboard came and he would work on it. I text the next day and was told he did it. I asked if it worked and he said he hadn't tried because it was charging. I didn't hear from him the next day so I told him I wanted to stop by so he could explain and show me what was going on with the laptop and when he finally responded the next day he tells me he no longer lived in Tucson but now in Phoenix. It took another month of texting to get him to return the laptop. He never fixed it and he returned it in pieces. This guy is not only a terrible businessman he is clearly INCOMPETENT also.

Soldering switches on an ET 312B. I am quite concerned. He apparently is having problems with my repair, fixing a part he broke (a ribbon connection), but he won't respond to phone calls or email messages to update me. He said he was looking for a job in Phoenix, and might just give the box back. What would I do then?
