Introduction: My diverse background of social work, wellness, and personal experiences will assist in creating an authentic and genuine connection. My approach allows you to be the driver of your goals. My approaches are rooted in mindfulness meditation, problem solving, cognitive behavioral retraining, and spirituality. Specific services I offer are helping individuals with different issues including relationship challenges, personal challenges, finding purpose in life, creating more spirituality in their life, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, self-esteem, unresolved feelings, and much more. There is nothing more fulfilling than watching someone achieve their true happiness and self. I have watched countless people change in front of me and not because of me, but because they had someone supporting them.
