- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a 20% for Military and Veterans. I will negotiate pricing with regular clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients prior to driving them to introduce my self and address ny preferences. I always preview the pickup location and drop off location, prior to the scheduled appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former US Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne division and a former Military Intelligence operative. I have a clear understanding of security and discretion. I am also a military trained driver. I have lived in the Tucson area for over 20 years and am very familiar with the town and can usually answer any questions regarding the town.
