- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for my service at a rate of $20.00/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available either through email correspondence or by phone. Details and specifics of the work to be done are discussed. Once a price is agreed upon for my services, dictation files are transferred either through the clients secure email/FTP or through my secure Dropbox account. Transcription takes place quickly and accurately and the completed work is picked up by the client either in their secure email/FTP or my secure Dropbox account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and have over 30 years of experience in the medical field working as a medical transcriptionist and in other positions for hospitals, clinics and private business. I was the owner/Vice President of my own medical transcription business for 15 years employing up to 8 subcontractors and working for as many as 24 physicians at a time.
