Introduction: My company has been in business going on 5 years now with excellent reviews from regular customers, my snowbirds, and airbnb owners. We are a team of 2 and do weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, as well as, maintaining properties for our snowbirds while they are away, and regular cleanings through their winter stays. We also do many short-term rental turnovers on a regular basis some with a very short flip window. We even do, move-in, move-out, and prelist cleanings. We have an eye for detail and work with the homeowner to gear our work to meet their expectations and requirements. We do the work with no hidden charges or fees, and charge a flat hourly rate. I had a deep cleaning and will then have every other week regular cleaning. Amanda is great! She arrived for the interview right on time, is very pleasant, and seems to have a fantastic work ethic. The cleaning they did was amazing! My house has never been so clean. I highly recommend Amanda and Old Broad's Cleaning Company!!

We hired Amanda and her team for a move-out cleaning. Amanda was incredibly patient when our closing date kept changing, and did everything in her power to accommodate us. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and was nice to talk to. She and her team came in as the movers were finishing up, and they cleaned our home from top to bottom - literally! Ceiling fans, all the walls, inside and outside of all cabinets throughout, inside and outside of all appliances, the kitchen and bathrooms looked fantastic, even the windows; and of course finishing up with the floors. Amanda was right there directing her team, and working just as hard as they were. They worked quickly, politely, and did an extremely careful and precise job. I honestly could not find one thing they missed, and I used to clean houses. They more than earned the amount charged as well as the tip. My only regret is that I didn't find Amanda before we moved out of state - I would have hired her for housecleaning on a regular basis! Hire this company, you won't regret it!

Look on further for a cleaning service..... Amanda and her team are exceptional! She is professional, prompt in returning phone calls/emails and on time for the job. She did a rental move out for me and suggested her crew come twice just to make it more comfortable for the renter still in the house... with no extra fee. There's no one else in Tucson with this reputation and she deserves it. THANK YOU OLD BROAD'S CLEANING COMPANY!

Amanda was prompt and professional from start to finish! She quickly scheduled a walk through the property to point out any possible issues so there would be no surprise costs. She and her assistant came to the house and cleaned it top to bottom; it's literally a brand new home! Highly highly recommend Old Broads!!

Amanda and her crew were amazing!! They did a move out clean very last minute for me and I am so thankful. They were in and out of my house in about 2 hours and did a phenomenal job. I ultimately got my entire deposit back because of their hard work. Everyone on her team was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a menu of services available and a pricing list for the client to choose from that can be provided to each client at the initial meeting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to a client on the phone and have an initial interview there. Once agreed I will travel to the clients property to tour the home in need and ask questions about clients preferences and needs. Once it is established that the client wants me for the job, then all that is needed is to create a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience taking care of people and home. I am also currently in school to get my real estate license to better serve my clients as their property manager.
