I was a team trainer on NBC's The Biggest Loser for two seasons. I have had 13 different certifications in my career and am a NASM master level trainer with over 22000 session hours in my 15 years.
Whether injuries, diabetes or herniated disc, they are all treatable through proper form, posture, flexibility, and a progressive and proven program.
I offer two sessions for free please call for time availability, I work 6 days a week mornings, evenings and weekends. I have two other certified trainers who I work with who are available as well.
