I never thought having a personal trainer was for me. I thought my fitness was something I had to do alone, and I was afraid of letting someone see me fail. After a friend started seeing Gia and told me amazing things, I decided to give it a try. I thought I knew what to expect, but I was blown away what the level of care and attention, like I was her only client. I've seen many successes and improvements with her, but I've also seen failures. My failures showed me that it's ok to fail, everyone does, but the only way to overcome them is to never give up and never stop giving it my all. My journey is far from over, but I've never been more optimistic, knowing that I have not only the most amazing trainer I could ask for, but a friend that is truly invested in seeing me reach my goals and has changed my life forever.

Gia was wonderful! It had been years since I worked out she knew just how to push me so I was sore.you know you got a great workout but not overdo it she's wonderful she didn't overdo it but she wasn't weak either. She pushed me until it hurt but it was great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on many factors. I do coach at a studio in Monrovia California, but I am also open to meeting clients at different locations, or at their home. In addition, I offer online training and nutrition. I have had clients in different countries who successfully compete the program and get results. So, my prices vary depending on which services the client chooses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show my clients correct form to prevent any injuries and to make sure the training session is maximized. Form is super important to me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always educating myself. I'm always doing research and I align myself with professionals in my field so that I can also learn from them and teach my clients.
