Replaced relief valve on water heater that had been messed with. Renters believed the water heater didn't work. Tim Thompson was very honest and said there was nothing wrong with the water heater and he could replace it but it would be unethical. He also explained to the renters how you can turn up the heat if it is not warm enough. He communicated all of this to the renters and myself in a very positive way, and explained everything very well. If you want someone who is honest with a lot of plumbing experience, this is your guy.
He is also very personable, and takes pride in his work, for a very reasonable price.

We had a faucet leak that was intermittent. When he came yesterday it was not leaking but he took apart the faucet and cleaned and checked everything and tightened a loose connection. Hopefully all cured. He was very fair and honest and didn't try to sell us extra services or items.
