Katherine is friendly, accommodating and patient. I am so happy to have met her and to be learning a new skill! I went from not knowing a thing about the piano to playing several songs in a recital in just about 2 months. She also has been flexible when I have needed to reschedule which I really appreciate! Thank you Katherine! Taking lessons from you is a pleasure!
My 9 year old son started taking drum lessons in January of 2015. Alan teaches my son for a half hour every other week. In the short time that my son has been learning from Alan I have seen and heard an improvement in is playing. Alan is patient, kind and engaging with my son. He keeps my son interested and happy in playing the drums. I highly recommend Alan Anderson. Joe S.
I took lessons from Jon for about 6 months. I had already been playing guitar for several years but had gaps in my musical knowledge (because I learned mostly from tabs). Jon created lessons specifically for my music theory needs and general interests. He almost always coupled the lesson with a popular song that demonstrated the learning objective. He was an excellent teacher. I recommend him to everyone.
My daughter learned control and gained self confidence with her vocal lessons. It's also wonderful to share her singing in competitions. 👍🏼👍🏼
This is the 3rd time I have taken guitar lessons. 3rd time is a charm. I have never met anyone like Betsy, my guitar teacher. She has patience, and explains things well. Less than a year, and I can read notes and play cords. I actually practice.
A friend recommended Lynnette to me and I could not be happier with her! Not only is she a highly qualified musician and teacher who excels at training my five children in piano lessons and developing their musical knowledge and skills, but she has also awakened their love of music in the countless ways she makes it fun and interesting at their differing levels. Professional yet personable. Even my two children with anxiety who sometimes used to have issues playing for their old teacher have come out of their shell and made amazing progress with Lynnette. Cannot say enough good about her! Highly recommend.
I started taking lessons with Ryan last year after a 20-year break from the guitar. He was quick to identify my strengths and weaknesses. His suggestions for everything from songs to learn, to practice techniques, to resources like books, Web sites, and software tools, have been spot on. Ryan combines strong theoretical knowledge with practical experience as a composer and gigging musician. Ryan is also very organized. He's always on time, responds quickly to email and voicemail, and lets you know in advance if there are any changes to lesson schedules. I am an adult student, but I have seen the tail end of Ryan's lessons with younger students. He is always respectful and attentive to the student's abilities and interests. I can truly recommend Ryan without reservation.
Aaron is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. I have learned so much from the few lessons I have had with Aaron. He builds your confidence up wanting you to keep learning. I highly recommend anyone that is trying to learn guitar to give Aaron a shot, you will not be disappointed .
My oldest son began taking saxophone lessons with Mike and progressed quickly. They had a great repertoire working together! When my next son began playing clarinet it was no question - Mike was there to help. Both of my kids tried out and made the University of Arizona Outreach Honor Band in their first eligible year - they couldn't have done it without Mike. When my boys started branching out into composition and improvisation Mike was there to help with music theory and lots of hands on advice and mentoring. It was no question who would help when my third son began playing an instrument. You won't find a more dedicated, passionate teacher than Mike. It's clear from the moment you meet him that he loves music and will do everything to help and encourage you or your child to do their best. -Dan Jones
My son is happy and excited to take lessons from Gus - that says it all !
Monika Moshkriz is an excellent piano teacher with several years of teaching experience. She provides lessons in her home seated at her beautiful grande piano. My 16-year son started lessons 5 months ago and is now playing music beyond my expectations. Monika is not only personable and welcoming, she is also organized and knowledgeable in her music. She will provide you or your children with a positive piano learning experience. I highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️recommended Monika!
We are excited for what we are going to learn. So glad we found Julia! She will discuss your goals and put together lessons just for you.
One world was a great way to learn Piano, simplified learning process that had us playing in a short period of time
Suzanne is an excellent instructor who has been very inspiring to me in helping me to develop musically. She motivated my enthusiasm to study and work hard at the piano through my college years. She helped me in finding my creative potential for composing my own pieces. I made the biggest strides in my proficiency at the piano during the years I studied with her. I was especially inspired by her ability to make music accessible and easy to understand. She has skills in music including classical repertoire and technique as well as improvisational skills in jazz and other styles, arranging and composition. I took weekly lessons with Suzanne and she was always dependable and on time. She is the best music instructor I've studied with. She helped cultivate my lifelong love and understanding of music.
Great piano teacher for me! Began piano studies, many, many years ago when I was 8 yrs old so now I take lessons because I want to improve, not because someone else thinks I should take lessons. It has been a blast! She makes you work hard tho!
