Introduction: We offer integrated therapies utilized to create a loving, metamorphic and transformational experience. We start with an ayurvedic consultation followed by diagnosis and recommendations. We create individualized aromatherapy treatments to be used in bodywork session. There is a session for lifestyle recommendations for balancing imbalances in life, i.e., diet, exercise and daily patterns. Wrapped up with therapeutic treatments include a wide variety of bodywork techniques. Some well-known ones are Reiki, cranial unwinding, Lomi Lomi, trigger point, abhyanga, Swedish, reflexology and many more!
