Yes, yoga training and energy healing workshops as well as reading and ceremonies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I struggled with horrible body image, low self esteem, eating disorders, addiction, and major Self sabotage most of my life into my 20's then discovered yoga and started learning the real benefits of healthy lifestyle. I can't stand to see women suffer and not love who they are or take away from living the life they can have b/c they don't feel good enough or are failing in their health but being everything for everyone and everything else. I was put on this Earth to heal and inspire so that's what I'm doing and I love every part of it.
