Introduction: We professionally hand clean all tiles and grout. Machines are good for cleaning the tile, but since Grout Joints are recessed, the machines cannot get down well into the grout joint to do a thoroughly cleaning of the joints. Machines cannot clean corners, we clean all corners. We have professionally hand cleaning floors, showers and countertops since 1999. We take great pride in our work and have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau. We need to do an estimate prior to coming out and are not like a carpet company that prices floors "by the room". We will come out, measure your floors, see the tile size, the grout color (very important in case you need repairs or even a color seal) and give you an accurate estimate. If you would like a ball park idea on what the cost will be before we come out, we can do that if you message us (or call us). We will not give a price that we cannot honor, we need to see the floors or showers or at the very least, message/talk to the client to give them an idea of pricing. Thank you for your understanding

The crew that came out to the house to clean and seal my tile floors was incredibly kind to my kids and pets. They did a great job of communicating work flow and drying times so no one was trapped while the sealant dried. End results are beautiful.

From the estimate to the completion of the job, this crew did the job a-z. They arrived on time and got right to work and stuck to it on their hands and knees till 1300 +/- sq ft of saltillo tile and grout was cleaned and sealed. I would recommend them to anyone needing attention to detail on their tile floors.

I finally got to see firsthand the results of AGB's efforts, and can promise they are absolutely amazing. They communicated effectively and accurately about time, effort and cost; took the time to answer a bunch of questions before I hired them; sent an estimator who was knowledgeable and answered more questions; showed up on time and with the right people and equipment; and then kept communicating with me long distance to make sure I knew how the job was coming and could make the right decisions throughout the job. And the result? Oh, boy. I don't know how they did it, but my black kitchen floor grout, dingy bathroom tile, and totally gross and disgusting toilet caulking is like new. If you have dirty or problem tile or grout, stop reading this and call them. You will not be disappointed!
