I received 4 quotes to have my tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Eric was the only one to follow up with questions about the scope of the work, asked for pictures, my opinion of scale and calcium deposits, what my expectations were, what questions did I have, etc. We texted and spoke on the phone several times. I provided the manufacturer and name of my grout and he repaired several areas perfectly.
Eric truly goes above and beyond in work quality, professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and most importantly communication.
He also provided a document on how to best care for my tile and grout for best results.
I am not easy to please as I am somewhat of a perfectionist. I definitely am very detail oriented and have high expectations. Eric did not disappoint!
I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Is he more expensive than others? Yes. But remember, you get what you pay for!

Eric took on a tough tile cleaning job at my business but made it shine in the end. Lots of elbow grease required but it looks like new, including the grout. Highly recommend him as he's easy to work with on big jobs with his attention to detail an extra bonus.

Southwest surface did an amazing job on my tile. The team was courteous, punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. My tile has never looked as good as it does now; thanks to southwest surface. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best outcome possible.

Had them over to work on some 16 yr old worn travertine tile. He cleaned it, polished it, and then sealed it. Almost looks like a new floor. Money very well spent!!
