- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior citizen discounts. All of our pricing per sqft or total includes all necessary materials needed to install all flooring and tile. We are not cheap but we r not expensive. Our pricing reflects the quality in our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to covid 19 meet and greet is a bit different. to accommodate for covid-19 all of our process is done remotely. From the first hello to the final product 90% is done with no contact. We like to say hello first. Then ask what they are trying to accomplish with there project basically vetting to know and build a trust with them. Then once that is accomplished we talk shop and from start to finish we become family and remain family when we r done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was a handyman but i was asked to tile a bathroom floor and realized i had a natural talent for tile it become more apart of me than i realized. Been doing it ever since.
