Computer went in for fan noise,, you found the HD sectors going bad, you installed a new solid state drive. One thing is to make sure programs work like QB, before it leaves as cloning can cause a bit of trouble with some programs like QB. Found the fix and did it myself, emailed the Azcg so Winter could pass that on. Great service overall for sure!

I am grateful to Arizona Computer Guru LLC for cleaning up my laptop after a scam artist blocked my email access, charged me to "fix it", then planted malware and tools to remotely access and create malfunctions later. AZ Computer Guru responded immediately, fixed the problems in a very timely matter, charged a reasonable price which was less than I expected, and sent me a very professional report detailing the extentsive damage they discovered and corrections they made. I was able to use this report to recover damages from the perpetrators. I highly recommend AZ Computer Guru and I will use them again.
