Introduction: Polka Doxie Estate Services offers a wide variety of services for your estate needs. We are a small husband and wife owned and operated business which is centered on Christian values. We handle estate sales, home repairs/handyman services, paint, texture, minor roofing, appliance and lighting installations, yard/landscaping/tree services, hauling, moving, furniture assembly, housekeeping, and more. We also handle property preservation services for banks, realtors, and individuals which includes REO clear outs, inspections, landscaping, cash for keys, and most property services. We can handle maintenance, weatherizing, and cleaning for snowbird/seasonal residents, and can handle rental properties for out of state landlords to keep in compliance with AZ landlord tenant laws.
