Introduction: By far it is our dependability and customer service. There are many people who can clean windows, but how often have you been disappointed with a contractor because they didn't show up for a job when they said they would. Or perhaps they did the job, but ended up causing property damage to other parts of your home in the process. We show respect for you, your time, and your investment and that is why people keep calling us back. I love getting to meet different people from all walks of life. I have the best customers and I still have many of the customers I met when I first started my business back in 2000. I also love to hear the words of appreciation of those who are satisfied with my work.

    Learn all you can from your phone conversation. If they are short, curt, and act like they don't have time for you they will only get worse as the job goes on. Also, don't accept a bid just because it is the cheapest. Usually the least expensive bids will be made by individuals who have have trouble keeping their customers and getting referrals.
