Yoga on the Go

Introduction: My approach is eclectic. I have been blessed to have taken many classes from many teachers in many traditions. This has allowed me to take the best from all and blend it into my own unique style and frees me from any dogmatic position other than...do no harm. No pain is no pain and I like it that way and encourage my students to take care of themselves so they do not encounter pain. "To teach is to learn." It's been said by many and is the motto of the training program I went through at the Yoga Connection in Tucson, AZ. I love how my body feels after a good yoga session. I have cultivated a sense of balance I never had as a young person through the practice and know that as we age, it is so very important to have strength and balance as our partners and yoga can help ensure that we do.
