Introduction: Many trainers focus on workouts to help clients change their outward physical appearance, and although that is a start, I also care very much for my client's heath. I spend time discussing dietary needs that may need adjusting and I tailor each workout to meet the individual's needs. With each session I incorporate new exercises giving my clients new routines and stretching their muscles and potential to new heights. Following these workouts I also provide my clients with a good stretch routine and teach the importance of flexibility for everyday mobility. The thing I like best about my job is watching my clients work hard and then having them report back to me about the positive physical changes they experience whether it be weight loss, strength increase,or just overall beginning to feel better.

Sandra has been my fitness trainer for just over a year. I am 72 and some what out of shape, though I do ride my horse three days a week. Wanted t be in better physical condition (like Sandra!) so I signed up with her. She is the best!!!! I go once a week and meet Sandra for my personalized work out. She writes down what I do then I do them on my own. She can tell if you do not do your home work! I have one worn out knee and she knows that so some days we work around it. That woman must have 6000 exercises in her head. We try them out and so far only one I have not been able to do. She is very god at working with you and quickly sized me up as to what I can and cannot do, She shows and explains each exercise and then you do it. If what you do is not up to her standards, then another correction is made - all for the better. She is just wonderful as an instructor and would recommend her to anyone. I have become more solid, turned fat into muscle, and come down one pant size. I am not too interested in loosing weight but toning up what I have with the result of a new shaped me! Thank you Sandra.

I have been working out with Sandra regularly for 2 months, and have found out time together to be invaluable. She corrects my form, challenges me, and helps me avoid injuries. I learn something new at each session and always feel great afterwards. Sandra is knowledgeable in her field, and always professional in conduct. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Sandra, has put me on an extremely challenging routine keeping in mind my physical limitation. She monitors me during my work-out and will stop me when she see me struggle. Lastly she want to know how I'm doing the day after. If I'm hurting she wants to know where and will provide recommendations to ease the tensions. A trait of a professional and a person dedicated on you.

Sandra is an excellent motivator, extremely knowledgable and dedicated to helping her clients improve their entire quality of life. I have very specific goals I need to reach and she already has me on the path to success! Always on time, with reasonable prices and flexible scheduling.
