“Thumbtack customers will complete a wide range of projects in their lives. As a company, we need to build a product experience that’s relevant for each of the one thousand categories that Thumbtack offers.
The Category Management team’s mission is ‘to deeply know customers and pros in each category, and translate that knowledge into tangible improvements in their Thumbtack experience.’ We strive to bring an understanding of the customers and pros in each category to the work we do at Thumbtack. It’s fascinating to learn about the unique complexities of each industry, and rewarding to use that knowledge to improve the product.”
