Ammmmaaazzzziinnnggg!! For the last 3 years Sharon has been my personal trainer and I haven't been happier with my bod! After giving birth I wanted to jump right into working out but had no idea where to start. After meeting with Sharon I knew right away she was the best match for me. Not only did she help me meet my abs for the first time (oh hello old friend) I actually enjoyed working out. Which keep in mind I HATED doing prior to meeting her. I was able to incorporate my infant into the workouts which helped heaps since all my daughter wanted was to be held. Being a busy mom left me with little options for dinner other than left over chicken nuggets, the pancake I found in my pocket, or the food that falls out of my daughter's mouth as my snack, but she made it easy for me and helped with my meal plans. Over the years she was flexible with my schedule and even would come out to me when i needed her to. Now I work out of a private gym and love it. Even when I had to train for a marathon (shoot me in the foot I hate running) she switched our workout around so that it would help with my endurance for the run. Fast forward to now (I still see her regularly) she still keeps my workouts fun, upbeat, and always switches it up for me. When I want her to focus more on certain trouble areas (eh hem- my ass) she gladly caters to whatever I request. I'm toned, more importantly healthier and more confident all thanks to her. She helped me achieve the body I've always wanted but never thought I could have. She's the best!

Sharon is an amazing trainer. She is firm, caring, knowledgable, dedicated and funny. I truly enjoy every session I have with her, even though she kicks my butt every session. She is also incredibly knowledgable about food, and lifestyle, and can coach you on all three to be the fittest you've been in your life. If you want an amazing, tough, and dedicated trainer, definitely go work Sharon!

Best trainer, hands down! Sharon is always on time, creates the best workouts based on your body goals, and she's fun to talk to so the hour goes by like 10 minutes. I saw major results in my body in literally 2-3 weeks.

If you're looking for a workout customized for your body type and goals Sharon is the best, hands down. I asked for an ass kicking and Sharon killed it! Each week she totally motivated me in my session where she taught me how to incorporate more into each exercise so I'm not only working one or two muscle groups but toning and tightening my core and legs at the same time. I left every session feeling not only amazing and exhausted but really cared for. Sharon always kept my goals in mind and really provided that personal friendly attention every single time.
