Cost is typically $100 - $110 per hour. Discounts are given on an occasional basis per situation. Flat rates can be discussed as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Both parties (persons or organizations) must agree to partake in mediation. Mediation between two persons: Each person will have the opportunity to discuss the conflict, in a separate confidential Zoom video chat or phone consultation. They will be asked questions to gain clarity about the conflict. After the Zoom or phone consultation, and if they decide to proceed with mediation, they will sign a consent to mediate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mediation training from CMM, credentials awarded by the National Association of Certified Mediators, and facilitation training provided by Soliya.
