Rick was exceptionally responsive and very professional in my request which was very urgent! He guided me through the various options I had to repair my garage door, diagnosed what the issue was and even went so far as to let me know the door can be changed but the new replacement opener would not be able to sustain the weight of the door (older door) would eventually give me the same problem down the road (proactive recommendation) so we went ahead and changed the springs too! Rick is beyond professional and is very thoughtful in guiding and providing advice that he himself would follow and live by, so hard to come by such grounded professionals now a days! Will be sure to call him for any and everything as the experience was awesome, very responsive, professional, excellent workmanship. Thank you Rick!!!!!

Couldn't be happier with the service. I needed a fairly complex maintenance project done and Rick was amazing throughout the whole experience.
