My name is Jonah and I have been prioritizing health and lifting 5-6 days a week for almost 3 years now. I help beginners get comfortable and confident in the gym — especially those who feel unsure where to start or intimidated by the equipment. I’m an experienced and consistent lifter who knows how to build simple, effective routines and teach proper form safely. My focus isn’t on bodybuilding or strict diets — it’s about helping you understand how to train, feel confident walking into the gym, and enjoy the process. We can meet at the local YMCA or another gym of your choice for 1-on-1 or small-group sessions. Whether you want to learn how to lift, use machines correctly, or build a routine you can stick with, I’ll walk you through it step-by-step. First session is discounted so you can see if it’s a good fit.
