The experience with this company has been terrible. I asked for a quote on Oct 15, he came promptly. That's the only positive thing I can say because it's just downhill from there.- Doesn't answer his phone- doesn't show up for job and won't call you, you have to reach out for him to give you an excuse- Doesn't keep his timelines- Never seem to install during the week just weekends. Pretty sure this isn't his main jobThe experience:I had to prod for the estimate and remind him of things I had asked for to be included. He said in 2 weeks he would have it done, I had specifically said time was of the essence because the only thing I was waiting for to move to the new house was that fence. Well he gave me one excuse after another and only when I texted to prod what was the status. It took more than a month for him to get the galvanized fencing a completely commonplace material, then last week after me asking he said he had it and would be there on Saturday. Well you guessed it Saturday came and he didn't show up, he didn't call me or answer my calls. A long while later he responds his team might have covid. Even then I asked when will you know for sure to see if I could wait for them and he never responded.If you really need something done, skip this company and go with another. Today is December 6, I gave them all the chances I could even while paying for 2 houses because I can't move into the new one without a fence.

The work completed by Rincon Fencing LLC exceeded our expectations. The gentleman was very prompt on the date and time he scheduled to come to our residence to quote our requested project. Pricing was reasonable and he completed the work in a great amount of time. We went from a single gate opening on our privacy fence to a 12 foot double gate opening with wheels.
