- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Web Design: Pricing is structured in project tiers with clear deliverables and fixed costs. This ensures no unexpected fees. All projects require a 50% deposit to begin work. Squarespace hosting fees are separate and paid directly to the platform. Virtual Assistant & Podcast Production: These services are typically billed hourly or offered in discounted retainer packages for ongoing support. Pricing Philosophy: I believe in fair, transparent pricing that reflects the high quality and efficiency of the work delivered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery Call (Free): We start with a brief, 15-30 minute call to discuss your goals, current challenges, and the scope of your project. Proposal & Agreement: I create a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fixed price. Once accepted, a contract is signed, and the deposit is collected. Strategy & Content Gathering (Web Design): For websites, we define the site map, design inspiration, and I'll collect all necessary content (text, images, branding). Execution & Review: I build/implement the project (website, VA system, podcast episode). I schedule checkpoints for your feedback and revisions. Launch & Handover: Upon final approval and payment of the balance, we launch your site, complete the service, and ensure a smooth handover, including training for your team if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While formal education is valuable, my most relevant expertise comes from four years (2018–2022) of hands-on experience exclusively with the Squarespace platform. This gives me an in-depth, working knowledge that goes far beyond basic tutorials. Additionally, I pursue ongoing certifications and training in: SEO best practices for modern web standards. Project Management and efficiency tools. Audio engineering and mastering principles.
