Emotional Medicine Life Coaching

I know life coaching is relatively new on the scene when it comes to mental health support. A lot of people don’t even know what the hell a life coach even does?!? There are many different types of life coaching just as there are different types of therapy. I attended my training through a program built by women for women. I waited for a long time to find the right program training that was going to line up with what I wanted to be able to do when it came to coaching women. I wanted something that included the practical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of life. I am here to provide support and guidance in multiple areas of your life. I work with your emotions, your thoughts, the patterns that are present in your life that are not working for you. I focus on bringing in self awareness, that what we are not aware of we cannot move through. I also like to bring in a heavy dose of teaching the path to self love. Not the surface level meme concept of self love, but the deeper meaning of what it is to truly love oneself. To question what love means to you at all. This is a journey of self discovery, of self acceptance, of learning on a deeper level who you truly are and have always been beyond the story of your identity. You will grow through whatever you come to coaching for, because it is emotional medicine here to empower you no matter what the circumstances.
