- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are based on frequency of weekly training. I discount when clients have training partner, holiday season and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Understanding how they got where they are so I know how to create new behaviors. By doing this I can design the correct training and nutritional program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Nursing, emergency medical training, and surgical ICU. Having this background gives me a different perspective on training. I believe people should never go to the gym to lose weight. They should only go to change their lifestyle, because if you change your lifestyle you will lose the weight. My approach to training is to influence and help develop new lifestyle patterns which makes eating healthier more attainable.
