    Idrise is the best. He has been an incredible resource for me as I strive to retrieve my old body. It's important to know that he not only is an expert body builder and trainer, but he has a military nursing background, which ensures that he will never stress you beyond your current capacity.

    Idrise is phenomenal! He customize his workouts for each individual. Within two weeks I was feeling stronger and loading inches. He is very knowledgable about weight training, cardio, and diet. This is my 3 trainer and he is by far the BEST!

Let me say there are many find trainers out there. We all have our own styles and motivations. One of my greatest joys to see my clients accomplish their goals, whether they are have fitness experience or someone who is never lifted weight before. I need to know my clients on a personal level in order to motivate them to get them where they want to be. I use my 23+ years of experience to educate and motivate each client, as an individual, showing my clients that they possess a power that they never thought they had! The short answer, helping people! However, the satisfaction of watching someone self-esteem and confidence grow before my very eyes and knowing I had a small part is priceless. Most of all seeing the joy and sense of accomplishment on my clients faces mean everything to me.

      It's based on time. I give Xmas discount gift pricing and New Year's resolution pricing. Contact me today
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Understanding how they got where they are so I know how to create new behaviors. By doing this I can design the correct training and nutritional program.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Nursing, emergency medical training, and surgical ICU. Having this background gives me a different perspective on training. I believe people should never go to the gym to lose weight. They should only go to change their lifestyle, because if you change your lifestyle you will lose the weight. My approach to training is to influence and help develop new lifestyle patterns which makes eating healthier more attainable.
