I have attended his yoga classes and his Yamuna ball rolling classes, and I have been relieved of severe back tension and pain through his thai massage. So, how is he inspiring? His style is not that of the "rahrah," over-muscled, steroidy body builder. Bill's style exudes strength and power that comes from his solid spiritual core. So whether he's guiding me through a yoga session, a Yamuna session, or even weight training, I feel growth, strength, and in healing in my spirit as well as my body. Bill's unique life experience and perspective makes this possible.
I've taken multiple yoga classes here and they are fantastic instructors. The partner yoga workshops they put on are so unlike any classes I've ever taken. You should try it out, with friends or your significant other. Also their meal prep service saves me a ton of time and the food is delicious!

My partner and I hired Natalia for private yoga classes and would definitely recommend her. We hired her initially for a trial of two weeks but have since booked weekly classes for the last six months. Her attention to detail when explaining a pose along with her patience and kind way make for an excellent experience. Natalia has proved to be a very devoted professional. Our practice and understanding of yoga has increased immensely under her tutelage. Her sweet demeanor makes even the hardest poses more easy to achieve and tolerable. We feel lucky we found her!
Margaret is an amazing yoga teacher. She embodies everything you could want in a teacher. She is patient, knowledgeable, and super responsive to students’ needs, whether it’s suggesting alternate poses for injury or fatigue, correcting poses, helping you get a deeper stretch or answering questions about the practice. I love Margaret’s classes. She is alway on-time and it’s fun and relaxing at the same time. I would highly recommend margaret as a teacher.
Sierra is an excellent Yoga Instructor!! I have been with her for more than 3 years and she is a extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring Instructor. She ask questions about your health and include poses in the sessions to accommodate each persons particular needs. She also provides options during the class based on an individuals needs, i.e. using a chair for those who have difficulty getting to the floor. She is amazing in her craft!

Wow, Alia has made me realize why I as a beginner yoga student need individual lessons. I've tried group lessons of 20 ppl or more and yes the yoga videos. She was very thorough explaining/demonstrating breathing, posture, form and etc. Then as i attempted pose/breathing she would guide me to the balanced form at my level. It finally made sense and it actually worked! Now why only 4 stars? Well, Alia has moved from San Diego to San Francisco without me, her favorite student hehehe No worries she had referrals for other coaches and I will definitely see her when I visit SF.

Regina was amazing to work with! She immediately recognized things about my body that I've been struggling to identify for years. She gave me clear and specific tools that I can apply as I develop my own practice and attend other group classes.
