Introduction: I perform individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment for adults and adolescents. I work interactively to help individuals discover how their early experiences and adaptations to stress have contributed to their present day anxiety, depression, and self-defeating patterns. I help couples and families first see how their difficult interactional patterns derive from patterns of coping with stress adapted earlier in life. From here, I help them to try on new, more functional, intimate, and emotionally satisfying ways in interacting.
