  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    BUSINESS / MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, COACHING: After a brief introductory conversation (free), I will ask for documents or email messages that can help me understand the issues, and we will reach an agreement about how I can help. MEDIATION/NEGOTIATIONS: If parties choose to work with me after a brief introductory conversation (free), I will send all parties forms they can complete to shorten the amount of time needed to get up to speed in the case. Any agreement can be used on its own, or for a contract or court order. MANAGER/SUPERVISOR WORKSHOPS: Entry- through advanced-level workshops can be tailored to your industry or business model. Option to add 1-on-1 after-training coaching for workshop participants.
