It was an amazing experience. Chintanaan has perfected the art of Thai massage. I felt at ease with her. She knows her stuff really well. I have been working out and biking a lot lately and went there with aching knees and feet and general soreness all over. I left feeling no pain at all! It was so amazing! The place is also very clean and comfortable. Wish they had a day room I could just sit and meditate. I am definitely putting this on my regular thing to do every month! Chintanaan, you are the best!!

Jordana is a graduate of the San Francisco School of Massage (SFSM). In my role as Student Services Administrator at SFSM, I have had the opportunity to observe Jordana as she has progressed in her education. She has over 800 hours of training and an outstanding quality of touch. Jordana consistently got great feedback from clients during her student clinic shifts. Her style is therapeutic, yet very soothing and integrative. Jordana has an intuitive approach to bodywork and is able to customize her sessions to provide the best approach for each individual client. Jordana maintains her skills by working as a Teaching Assistant for the instructors here at SFSM.

Sessions are tailor made for you and your needs and can be on a table or on the floor. I use craniosacral, acupressure, foot reflexology, tui na, Reiki, Thai, and shiatsu for a unique and refreshing session. Come to my studio in Oakland or I can travel to your home or place of business.

I offer a combination of styles. I mix the the Eastern and Western modalities of massage. I mostly start on the feet, performing a blend of reflexology and Thai massage to sedate the mind and the body. Sport, Swedish, and joint mobilization are next on the legs, continuing on the gluteal area with Swedish and deep tissue. After that is done, I move to the back and perform what I love the best about my service. Sport, Swedish, and myofascial techniques are done to prepare the tissue for deep work, shiatsu, acupressure, and energy work, and some rocking and shaking techniques are done to finalize my work on the back. The remaining time is set for the front part of your body. By now, you will be experiencing absolute relaxation in your whole being. Swedish is performed on your feet, legs, and arms. I do Swedish and shiatsu on the stomach to help the digestive system to have better performance. I only work on the stomach if the client is comfortable with me working on it. Then I move to the neck area and finalize with Swedish and acupressure work on the face.

Timothy (Teo) Potts, L.Ac. has a family practice that specializes in the treatment of adults and children. In Chinese, the word for family also means home. It is his deepest hope that his clinic will feel like a second home for his patients, a calm space where close attention will be paid to their well-being, empowering them to find healing and peace and wholeness within themselves. Some of the more common concerns treated are: colds and flu, eczema, asthma, allergies, chronic ear infections, teething issues, colic, digestive disorders, constipation, diarrhea, failure to thrive, morning sickness, acid reflux, back, hip, neck and other body pain (both acute and chronic), insomnia, emotional imbalances, PMS, irregular menses, and more. Timothy (Teo) Potts is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist in the state of California. He received his master's of traditional Chinese medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. Timothy's work as a consultant for Mayway, a local Chinese herb distribution company, has deepened his knowledge of Chinese herbs and allowed him to visit China to see first hand the process of growing and making Chinese herbal medicine.

Hi, I'm Jen. I've been helping people through sports massage, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy since 2006. I also use Shiatsu, Thai, myofascial release, and do pregnancy and hot stone massage. I practiced in Chicago for 5 years, working primarily with chiropractors and physical therapists before moving to the bay area at the end of 2011. I have worked in spa setting, corporate, and clinical atmospheres the last 2 years. I've been fortunate enough to work with some top athletes, including the world record holder for the Ironman bike split, the national masters mile champion, Olympic Trials qualifiers, and champion cross country and wrestling teams. Your session will be tailored to your individual needs to get the best results possible. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself, and that massage therapy is one of many paths to restore health and wholeness to the body. I am dedicated to helping you reach your ultimate health goals with education, encouragement, and compassion. As a bonus, I may teach you active and passive stretches to keep you in tip top shape between massages. I might even encourage you to get on a foam roller. When I am not working, I am a competitive distance runner and Ironman triathlete. My other passions include traveling to sunny places, vegan cooking, music, and being around motivating people with good energy. I look forward to seeing you soon. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. May you have an amazing day!

I have been teaching yoga in various forms for 14 years and specialize in creative, prescriptive, private practice to lead my clients to their somatic goals. Whether refining an established practice, rehabilitating injury, creating a fitness routine with hooping (never-ending joy!) and yoga or releasing stress through Thai massage and therapeutic flying, I have a tool-bag of 20 years of dedicated practice to draw from and guide you to your ideal embodied experience. Registered as an E-RYT 500, I have thousands of hours of training with some of the world's top teachers -- Shiva Rea, John Friend, Tias Little and Tim Miller, being those I have the deepest relationships with. I am also one of the first certified AcroYoga teachers, levels I and II. As a bodyworker, my specialty is Thai yoga massage that integrates years of training in biomechanics, therapeutics, and healing trauma, both in the body and the nervous system and emotional body. Sessions are done fully clothed, on a mat or on the floor, and include a range of motion movements, pressure-point work, compression and release, active-release stretching, and deep relaxation. When helpful, inverted/flying massage can also be included for its incredible anti-gravity and elongation benefits. Discuss directly! I believe a physical practice must meet the needs and desires of each individual, and that we are always growing; our physical practice must keep evolving to serve us. Be ready to step out of the box and into a new vitality that is fun, fulfilling, and empowering to your own health. My clients include high-performance athletes and executives including some of the founders of Silicon Valley's top-tech companies. I've worked with physicians, performing artists, those undergoing transformation, running start-ups, and more. I believe when we are fully embodied, we function at our peak, and know when to rejuvenate and balance the stresses of day-to-day life. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you! East Bay and North Bay visits will include an extra charge for travel as the profile creates a general range of mileage, regardless of terrain.
