Ms. Chang understands Real Estate on every level. Our property was owned by a trust account left to us by my Grandfather. She was instrumental getting the deal at the price point needed to sell our listing and close within 30 days! She even took a concession on her commission and waived the closing costs to facilitate cash flow for our next purchase she closed in the next 30 days!
