- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work with customers to create a menu that fits their needs and price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we want to discuss their expectations over the phone and also get an idea of the type of menu and service they would like. If possible we also like to meet at the location to discuss set-up and how the event will flow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our chefs are professionally trained and we have experience in all types of cuisines from various regions around the world. We operate and prep our off-site catering in our restaurant and we have an A rating with the Health Department. We also have the ability to arrange and set up off-site kitchens at the event location.
