Our pricing is transparent and discussed upfront before any work begins. Here’s how it works: • Labor rates are based on the type and complexity of the project and are quoted in advance • 2-hour minimum applies to most service calls • Materials are billed separately (receipts provided) • Material pickup service is available if needed • Discounts may be offered for repeat customers, bundled projects, or larger scopes of work • No hidden fees — any additional work is approved by the customer before proceeding We focus on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and fair Orange County pricing. If you have a budget in mind, we’re happy to discuss options and help find the best solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent: 1. Initial contact & details – We review your request and ask a few questions (and photos, if helpful) to understand the scope of work. 2. Estimate & scheduling – We provide a clear estimate and agree on a convenient date and time. 3. On-site work – We arrive on time, protect your space, and complete the work as discussed. 4. Review & approval – We walk through the completed work with you to make sure everything meets expectations. 5. Payment & follow-up – Payment is collected after the work is completed, and we’re always available for future projects or questions. We focus on clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

HandyGo is run by an experienced, hands-on professional with years of practical training in residential repair, remodeling, and finish carpentry. Our experience comes from real-world work on a wide range of homes and projects, including repairs, installations, custom carpentry, and home improvements.
