I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

Meaghan saved my life and I'm not just saying that she honestly did. When I meant Meaghan, I was in a dark place I had a heart attack two years prior and had a stent placed in my left descending artery. I was physically and mentally a mess. I was overweight and short of breath and scared to do anything about it. My doctor recommended I start working out and do a weight loss program earlier in the year which I had one excuse or another not to start. After being introduce to Meaghan I decided to sign up. She was amazing and so encouraging. She never asked me to do anything that she wouldn't jump right in and do with me, when I thought I couldn't make it she always had the right thing to say to push me without making me feel bad about myself. I recall the first time I ran a mile she was right there with me, I think we stop 8 times. Each time she would give me the encouragement to continue. When we were done she looked at me and said do you realize you just ran a mile I cried, it was a combination of exhaustion and joy, mostly a true sense of accomplishment. After seven months I have lost 32 pounds and I'm very excited to tell everyone I have ran 4 5ks and my time at the last one was 34:43 minutes. (a year ago I would joke, and say If you ever see me running there is a buffet in front of me or a fire behind me). We added a day of yoga to my week and it is an added bonus I have so much more flexibility and balance. I have changed so much I'm so much healthier, happier and overall a better person. Another added bonus, my doctor has taken me off the majority of the medications I was on. I owe all this to Meaghan, her workout philosophy and her overall amazing dedication to her clients.
Johanna has helped me throughout my weight loss journey. I've had the pleasure of doing one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, zumba, and yoga with Johanna. She's been nothing but amazing in each experience. I've been working with Johanna since December, and what I absolutely love is that from the moment I met her, she has been nothing but passionate and determined to help me reach my weight loss goals. Her determination has kept me motivated to stay on track, and even push myself when I feel I can no longer continue. Like she says "I can't doesn't exist in my dictionary!" :) I'm not a morning person, but our early morning workouts are definitely something I look forward to! Since December i've lost about 50lbs, but the best change of all is that I feel healthier and happier with myself. I give the highest recommendation to Mindy's yoga methods. Her sensitivity, soothing manner, and gentle progressive movements create the flexibility and relaxation my body craves. As muscles give way, the structure aligns, my posture becomes straight. I leave with a groundedness, conscious of a new way of moving. My body innately corrects and maintains itself days later. A greater sense of peace and well-being comes through the practice and continues to keep me balanced. Delightful!
We had an amazing experience with Blair as the instructor. She has a great command of the class for both people new to yoga as well as experienced. The tempo of the class is enjoyable while physically rewarding.

This was my first time having a Reiki healing session and Kristen immediately made me feel comfortable, explaining the process. For me, this was a powerful experience that opened my eyes to a whole other avenue of healing beyond traditional Western methods which I felt I had thoroughly exhausted, the missing link to a profound physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing in a dark period of my life that came at exactly the time that I needed it most. It's like the Reiki infused me with the healing energy I needed in order to reboot my system and let those last dying winter leaves drop so that the fresh green buds could finally have room to come through and grow and flourish. I'm now in a season of Spring, my roots are getting stronger, my leaves are growing and my heart is so full. Since that first Reiki session about a month ago I also started taking some of her yoga and meditation classes and loved them so much I decided to become a member right after my 2 week trial. In addition I am now learning Reiki Level 1 from Kristen to be able to learn to heal myself and my loved ones. Full Circle Yoga is a place I never knew I needed until I found it and I feel so blessed and thankful to have found such a gem of a place.
Chix on stix rocks!!!!!! Had an amazing learning experience with Tori!!! The surf/yoga session was extreamly spiritual to say the least! Definitely will be back and recommend this to anyone whose looking to learn how to surf and have a super good time with awesome ladies! Thanks agains guys!!!
Deirdre is an amazing yoga instuctor!! Her classes are organized perfectly, in an organic flowing movement of poses, the difficult intersperced with more relaxing, and with constant attention to breathing. The total experience is much more than a great work out: it is so deeply and profoundly, therapuetically, relaxing. Yoga with Deirdre even melts old wounds and stress trapped in the body: really an amazing experience!!! Its FUN too because Deirdre's approach is so fun!! I recommend Deirdre very highly!!!!
Describe the job What did Stephanie Horsley help you with? Where was the job? How long did it take? I took Yoga instruction from Stephanie at her Yoga studio. She was most helpful in showing me not only the correct way to do each posture but how much more important it is to connect with ones inner being. While practicing yoga. Yoga is not a matter of time. It is up to the student the number of classes they want to take. Say what went well What impressed you about the service? Did Stephanie Horsley go above and beyond? Was Stephanie Horsley on time? How was the quality of the work? Most yoga classes I have attended emphasize more on the physical. Stephanie talks throughout her class. Describing each each pose, what the pose represents, how it works in the body, how the spiritual aspect of each pose affects healing in the body. Yes she goes above anf d beyond in all areas of her life. She is very punctual. In comparison to other classes I have taken the quality of her work is amazing. The quality of her work is Pristine. Point out what could have been better What would have improved your experience? What went wrong, if anything? How could Stephanie Horsley do better in the future? By more effort on my part to deeply listen to her as she was describing each pose. Nothing went wrong. I am not a master Yoga instructor so I have no comment here.
Shimeng is a GREAT instructor! She is very personable, easy to talk to, and made our yoga class very fun and enjoyable. Not only that, but it was also affordable! We could not have asked for a better instructor and I would recommend her to anyone who's looking!
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.

Annie is the best yoga teacher and energy healer I've known. She has been a true mentor to me. Her class takes you on a journey within and is truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. I drive over 50 miles just to take Annie's class. Her energy healings are also extremely intense and therapeutic. Annie is the true definition of a healer. She is also an amazing human being. I trust her completely and I recommend her class to everyone I know.
