"I highly recommend GreenTree and Sidney!! Coordinating piano lessons and other artistic endeavors with Sidney was an effortlesss and pleasant task. He made it happen and initiated some remarkable lessons. GreenTree is on speed dial for our next visit to OC."

"June—April 28, 2011 First, let me preface the following by stating that I am an adult student 55 plus. I have been taking lessons at Esther’s Piano Study for nearly a year. My start point was that of a novice….a newbie. I did not know a dot from a musical note, but wanting to play the piano was and still is a lifelong desire. She has brought me from a newbie to being able to sit comfortably at the bench and play some late intermediate literature in less than a year. I truly have progressed a very long way in a short time with her guidance. Esther is filled with enthusiasm, constancy in patience, persistence and can intuitively gauge the tempo of the lessons. She teaches with determination to draw upon all the beauty and color from my fingers that is possible. "

"My boys have been going to Natalie for 5 years. They not only learn to read music but learn piano theory. Natalie has taught them so much they both play beautifully. It is a gift to learn to play piano and I am glad my kids get to experience it."

"Mrs. Puhl has taught music theory and piano to my two boys for 7 years. She is kind, patient, and knows the developmental stages kids go through and therefore works well with kids & teens! She lives music, in a wonderful way, and she is extremely knowledgeable about music. She is always "in the know" of the next "music opportunity", i.e. Recitals, Certificate of Merit, Piano Guild, upcoming concerts, etc, and so will ask students if they are up for it and if so she will prepare them well. Great teacher!! Still teaching my boys/teens : )"

"My last piano lesson was over 15 years ago! My teacher was great but she stuck to classical. I told her I wanted something more "fun" but Ragtime was not quite what I had in mind. I thought of taking lessons again for years and finally took action a few months ago. I was so nervous because I have forgotten everything! Sylvia is very patience, fun and knowledgably. She has a great personality and I feel very at ease taking lessons from her. So far, my lessons have been refreshers and I have been able to pick things up quickly - mainly because she is that great of a teacher. I look forward to my lessons and I cannot wait to get to the point where I can play something simple like a Yanni piece perfectly."
