- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour. I offer packages and discounts for larger jobs that will take 8 hours or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial phone call often followed by an in person free consult. Then we determine what is right for the client and what they want to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NAPO certified professional organizer. I also have a design certification in user experience and design. Which helps with personas and empathy.
